Robert Amie grew up as what most would call a military brat. He moved around every two to three years with his parents and two sisters. As an adolescent he played basketball, and baseball, football was a distant thought. Robert begin playing football a little later in life than most. It wasn’t until his 9th grade year at North Clayton that he was introduced to the game. It took some time getting used to, but through hard work and determination he was a starting defensive end by his senior year. Robert has a 3.0 GPA and he is still contemplating which school he will attend in the fall. He plans to pursue a degree in computer engineering. He would like to give thanks to GOD, because through him, all things are possible.
